Our handmade polyethylene overshoes feature a continuous elastic loop opening to avoid ripping and tearing.

The ultra-detectable strip is secured using high grade adhesive and should be visible on the side of the shoe.

The ultra-detectable strip is tested to give an elevated Fe signal [+/- 7.0mm] resulting in reliable detection in most food industry applications.

Be wary of ‘fully detectable’ alternatives which can give poor detection performance.

Our disposable detectable earplugs are made using a detectable silicone cord and a metal crimp within the foam plug. The foam plugs roll thin for easy insertion into the ear canal. Unlike many throw away ‘detectable’ earplugs, both the cord and the plugs are detectable, improving safety should the parts become separated.

Fitting Instructions: Gently roll the plug between thumb and forefinger until fully compressed. Insert into the ear canal with a twisting motion until the plug starts to expand.

It is important that any long hair is tied back, prior to donning headwear; under no circumstances should hair be ‘stuffed’ in to the Hairnet. The Hair Tie, not only makes the Hairnet easier to put on, it also adds additional security.
